Wagyu Beef Burger


Recipe Directions

  1. In bowl, beat egg and Cooking Cream with fork, Balsamic Vinegar, Worcestershire, fresh Parsley, mix in bread crumbs, onion, mustard, salt, and pepper.

  2. Mix in beef.

  3. Shape into four 1 cm thick patties. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 6 hours.

  4. Place patties on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook, turning patties once, for about 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside.

  5. Place in hamburger buns topped with Provolone Cheese.

  6. Serve with baked truffle potato./p>
