Recipe Directions

  1. Grilled the halloumi and set on the side.

  2. Apply the labneh on the saj bread, topped with Rocket leaves, tomato sliced, olive slice, saly and pepper.

  3. Add the halloumi to the labnah

  4. Press your roll till havea crisp and gold color

  5. Serve with parmesan fries or smoked wedges
