Heat the oil and add the beef, Asparagus White & Green, onion, jalapeno and water.
Add the Mongolian sauce and stir fried until consistency needed.
Place into the plate and serve with steam jasmine rice.
Sauté the garlic and shallots until brown color.
Add all remaining ingredients and bring to boil for about 5 minutes.
Cover, label and place into the cooler
The meat for this dish should be very thinly sliced. Ask your butcher to slice it for you at purchase, or put it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes or up to 1 hour and then slice it yourself. Firming up the meat in the freezer makes cutting very thin.
