Samak Mishwi – Lebanese Grilled Fish

  1. Mix onion, garlic, paprika, cayenne, cumin, fenugreek, parsley, and cilantro and lemon juice in a food processor.

  2. Add oil and salt.

  3. Process for another moment until fully combined.

  4. Place fish in a dish large enough to hold it in one layer.

  5. Smear this paste on both sides of fish fillets.

  6. Preheat Grill.

  7. When hot, spray with nonstick spray.

  8. Place fillets on grill and cook for 3 minutes.

  9. Serve on rice and garnish with lime wedges!
