  1. Cut the heirloom tomatoes in quarters or eighths.

  2. Layer the tomatoes, basil, burrata on a large serving platter if making as an appetizer..

  3. If making for dinner, separate onto 2 plates.

  4. Drizzle with pesto , olive oil, salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

  5. Serve with some crusty bread or Zaatar crissini stick.
